iOS 4 New Feature: Message Failure Mark!

TiPb has just reported that there's a new feature discovered in the iOS 4 which wasn't avaliable in the previous FWs. This new feature is when you send SMS or MMS and it fails, you get an Message Failure badge or Mark as in the screenshot below.
